This service is entirely optional and not required. If you prefer to replace the sisal yourself or wait until it's completely worn down, you can do so. However, our re-sisal service provides a convenient way to keep your cat scratcher looking and feeling like new for many years to come.
 
Prices start from only £45 for 10mm sisal or you have the option upgrade to 12mm sisal £55 including return postage.

To refresh your cat’s scratcher, please send us the sisal stalk along with the following information:

Address
Telephone number
Email address
 
Within two weeks, we’ll return your cat’s scratcher, revitalized and ready for new adventures. Return postage is included in our service.

10mm sisal typically lasts one cat approximately 2 years.
12mm sisal typically lasts one cat approximately 3 years.
